Welcome! What you’ll find on each page:
- A date giving day and month. Each page is standalone and doesn’t link with the previous or next one. It isn’t a rigid scheme
- A short Bible passage quoting a ‘promise’ from God. This is in bold print and is selected from a collection calld Daily Light which is used by many Christians. The English version used is almost always The New Living Translation (NLT)
- A reference showing where to find the original quotation in your own Bible if you need to
- A short reflection on the Bible passage
- A prayer you might like to use
- An ‘energy bar’ of (usually) three words to chew on through the day, taken from the Bible quotation
